William Tinstman, Chair
Mr. Tinstman is a resident of Omaha, and has recently retired from Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler, & Brennan, P.C., L.L.O. Law firm after 30 years. A former NEFA board member and past president, Mr. Tinstman is returning to the NEFA board. His term as a member expires December 31, 2011.

Lowell Berg, Vice Chair
Mr. Berg is a resident of Lincoln and an architect with Clark Enersen Partners. Mr. Berg is a member and president-elect of the Lincoln Rotary Club # 14, and a Board of Trustee's member of 1st Plymouth Church. Mr. Berg has previously served as a Board Member and President of the Nebraska Educational Finance Authority and has been involved with the design and construction of college and university buildings for over 30 years. His term as member expires December 31, 2009.

Jane Erdenberger, Member
Ms. Erdenberger is a life-long resident of Omaha. She was a tax- exempt bond and financial guaranty lawyer at Kutak Rock for 22 years before she retired to become a Social Studies teacher at Omaha North High Magnet School. She was elected as Nebraska’s Democratic National Committeewoman in 2008 and is a member of the Democratic National Committee. Ms. Erdenberger is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Omaha Education Association. Her term as a member expires December 31, 2011.

William Hartmann, Member
Mr. Hartmann is a resident of Seward and owner of Hartmann Construction Company.  His company is celebrating over 51 years in the construction business.  Mr. Hartmann is a member of and serving as President of Seward County Public Power District, member of the Board of Regents of Concordia University, Nebraska, member of the Concordia Foundation Inc., and member of Nebraska One Call Notification System Board of Directors. Mr. Hartmann is a registered lobbyist before the Nebraska Legislature and is active in his church and numerous and varied civic and trade associations.  His term as a member expires December 31, 2012

Paul Powers, Member
Mr. Powers is a resident of Hastings and in private practice as a CPA. Mr. Powers has served as a Hastings City Council member, the Hastings Airport Authority, and is Co-owner and Director of the Hastings State Bank. Mr. Powers is also a graduate of Hastings College. His term as member expires December 31, 2013.

Maryanne Stevens, Member
Dr. Stevens is a resident of Omaha, and President of College of Saint Mary since 1996. She is also a current board member of the Greater Omaha Women’s Fund. She previously served as a Board Member of the University of Detroit Mercy, Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Omaha 2000. Dr. Stevens has led the development of innovative programs such as the nationally recognized Mothers Living and Learning Program. Her term as a member expires December 31, 2014.

Greg Stine, Member
Mr. Stine is a resident of Omaha and retired from United Nebraska Financial Company. Mr. Stine currently serves on the Board of Directors of the World’s Foremost Bank, University of Nebraska Foundation Finance Committee, and the Nebraska Golf Association. He previously served as a member of the Nebraska Investment Council. His term as a member expires December 31, 2012.
