William Tinstman, Chair
Mr. Tinstman is a resident of Omaha, and has recently retired from Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler, & Brennan, P.C., L.L.O. Law firm after 30 years. A former NEFA board member and past president, Mr. Tinstman is returning to the NEFA board. His term as a member expires December 31, 2007.
John Munn, Vice Chair
Mr. Munn is a resident of Syracuse and Director of the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. Mr. Munn is also a board member of the Nebraska Electronic Transfer System. Mr. Munn has been active in the Nebraska Bankers Association, previously President and Executive Officer of First National Bank and Trust (Syracuse), and has served at The Cattle National Bank (Seward). His term as a member expires December 31, 2009.
Lowell Berg, member
Mr. Berg is a resident of Lincoln and an architect with Clark Enersen Partners. Mr. Berg is a member and president-elect of the Lincoln Rotary Club # 14, and a Board of Trustee's member of 1st Plymouth Church. Mr. Berg has previously served as a Board Member and President of the Nebraska Educational Finance Authority and has been involved with the design and construction of college and university buildings for over 30 years. His term as member expires December 31, 2009.
William Hartmann, member
Mr. Hartmann is a resident of Seward and owner of Hartmann Construction Company. His company is celebrating over 51 years in the construction business. Mr. Hartmann is a member of and serving as President of Seward County Public Power District, member of the Board of Regents of Concordia University, Nebraska, member of the Concordia Foundation Inc., and member of Nebraska One Call Notification System Board of Directors. Mr. Hartmann is a registered lobbyist before the Nebraska Legislature and is active in his church and numerous and varied civic and trade associations. His term as a member expires December 31, 2008
Glen Moss, member
Mr. Moss is a resident of Lincoln, and Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest. Mr. Moss serves on the advisory board of the Lincoln Cancer Resource Center, Director of the Hastings College Foundation, Treasurer of the Lincoln Sports Commission, and member of the Institute of Management Accountants – Cornhusker Chapter. His term as a member expires December 31, 2010.
James Watts, member
Mr. Watts is a resident of Lincoln, and Managing Partner of Watts & Hershberger P.C. Mr. Watts serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants. He previously served as a Board Member of the Nebraska Educational Finance from Authority from 1986 to 1993. His term as a member expires December 31, 2008. |
